Change authentication from install.php

Dear nagios xi team

i configured nagiosxi to VMware ESX server , but when configure the interface to access the nagiosxi shows the login directly instead of gave me change authentication from install.php page , i can't log on it , what is the problem?

What? I think there is more going on here then just a language barrier, I feel that your use of English sounds to be adequate but that for whatever reason you are also having trouble articulating yourself... Vary common for this type of forum.
