One of our developers made a comment that this should be fixed in 5.3.2 (which was just released). Could you try updating, and let us know if the issue persists?

I scheduled a one time report for test and the pdf attached in email is corrupt.

I have attached the logs.

You can verify that the temp folder has nagios:nagios permissions in /usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp and also the way scheduled reports are generated - it has to actually run the report locally. So basically it calls the URL that you are seeing in your browser and converts it to a PDF. It looks like your internal XI IP address is a 10.x.x.x IP... can your XI server access itself from that IP address?

The pdf attachment is no more corrupted after upgrade to 5.3.2.
