Re-curring downtime is not working

I have set up recurring time window for few services but it's not working properly:

Are you using Nagios Core or Nagios XI? What version are you running?

We using Nagios XI 2014R2.7 .

XI > Admin > System Profile > Download Profile

Please include the zip file in your response. You can PM myself or other support personnel if you have privacy concerns.

Is it possible to upgrade to 5.3.2? Many changes have been introduced since then which may resolve the issue outright.

How to Manually Update Nagios XI

After the upgrade is complete, test the reoccurring downtime again. If it still doesn't work, please send an updated profile.

We will upgrade it on next month not now. So can you please check why it's not working now.

This bug is fixed in the latest XI version. Please upgrade when you have a chance. There are also important security changes in the upgrade.

Can you please give the resolution for this version. Because before upgrading we are getting lot's of unnecessary alerts.
