Receiving permission denied error message on Prod Nagios

Hi Team,

We are getting below error when viewing servicegroup summary:

It appears as though you do not have permission to view information for any of the hosts you requested...
If you believe this is an error, check the HTTP server authentication requirements for accessing this CGI
and check the authorization options in your CGI configuration file.

However able to access other things. Please help to resolved this.

What version of Nagios XI are you using? What OS version are you using? Many users find it convenient to store this type of information in their signature.


Did this error start recently? Can you supply your /var/log/httpd/error_log?

On further checked we have found that no service is define in Service group. We have added some service to service group and it's start working.
