Email Notifications not working

Hello Team,

I've setup a new server, where the email notifications are not working. However I can see them in the console 'Notification'; also I tried sending test email from Nagios and that works, so there is no problem with SMTP service. Please suggest.

Could you attempt to upgrade to 5.3.2? There were a few issues in 5.3.0/5.3.1 relating to notifications and I feel this should solve it.
