Failed to install Nagios

Dear Respected:
I tried to install Nagios on CentOS release 5.11 but I got an Installation Error stating :

INSTALLATION ERROR!

Installation step failed - exiting.
Check for error messages in the install log (install.log).

If you require assistance in resolving the issue, please include install.log
in your communications with Nagios Enterprises technical support.

The step that failed was: 'nagiosna'

I installed all the requirements that Nagios needs but the error still occurred

Could anyone help me with this issue?

First, are you sure you want to install on CentOS 5? It's End Of Life is months from now.

If you do want CentOS 5, please upload the install.log file from the directory in which you ran the install.

CentOS 5.x is not a supported platform, as mentioned in our installation doc:

As of the time of writing, Nagios Enterprises is only able to officially provide support for installing Nagios Network Analyzer on the
following Linux distributions:

RHEL 6 32-bit and 64-bit and RHEL 7 (requires RHN registration)
CentOS 6 32-bit and 64-bit and CentOS 7

Try installing on one of the OS/versions above and we'll gladly assist if something goes wrong then.
