Unfortunately i do not have access to our LDAP server as it is maintained globally by network team.
Is there any other possibility to troubleshot this? I have tested with windows LDP aplication and the same settings work without issues.

Try this from the NLS terminal:
Code: Select all
# yum install -y telnet
# telnet 10.175.220.107 636
Please post the output from the commands.

I'd like to do a bit of further testing on my end - what type of LDAP server are you running on the backend, and what version? Is the team able to provide that information to you?
