custom email per service

We have a user who monitors and gets alerts for many different services and would like to add a short custom message that varies depending on the service. Is it possible to create that and how to start if so.

Yes, you could use custom object macro:

The general process would be:

- Add the custom macros on the services
- Adjust the service notification command that the user uses (create new or modify the old, you will see inside the contact) to include the custom object macro.
