The KB in that link did not apply to my OS so I followed https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2554336, same issue.

Please run this command in an administrator powershell console and send us the resulting counters.txt file:

Code: Select all

TypePerf.exe -q > counters.txt

I do not see that counter even listed, I will lab it up quick and see if it has it by default and let you know what I find.

Sorry, not yet, I installed server 2016 and then tried exchange 2016 but it's not supported, I should have an answer later today, I will update you.

I do not see that listed in the available counters. It looks like they are provided by the management pack and Microsoft hasn't released an Exchange 2016 management pack yet, you can see it missing from here:

Without that management pack it will not work, you will need to remove the service or query one of the other available ones listed in the "typeperf -q" output
