Setting up home dashboard

Hello Experts,

I am using Nagios XI 5.3.2. I have created my own dashboard under the dashboards menu and now I want to set that dashboard as home dashboard or as a home page i.e. when I login Nagios I want to see that dashboard which i have created.

I went to home page options page and I am getting below options to select
1) Static XI 5 Home
2) Admin default
3) Home Dashboard
4) Custom URL

Can you please let me know which option to select and what procedure to follow for making my dashboard as a home page. If I have to use custom URL then what will be the URL of my Custom made dashboard.

First, navigate to your dashboards page, you'll want to right click the dashboard you want to show, and select 'Copy URL' (might vary slightly on wording based on your browser. It'll look something like this - http://192.168.3.115/nagiosxi/dashboard ... d=d7mccig7

Then, use option #4, for Custom URL.

I am getting below message when trying to do the settings you have told

Dashboard Not Valid
The dashboard being requested is no longer valid or may have been removed.
Dashboard ID: PZWlsLk0

Its saying that the dashboard is removed but the dashboard is already present over there. Its not deleted or removed.

Weird, if you access the link in your browser, or VIA the dashboard page does it work properly? It should just be putting it in an iframe so I am unaware why it would say it doesn't exist.

This sounds like it may be a bug, can you show us screenshots and the exact links so we can try to replicate it?

I am really sorry to bother you for that.
Actually I didn't deploy dashboard for that user which was the reason I was not able to see that dashboard. After I deployed that Dashboard I was able to see the Home page. Thanks a lot for your help.
However I have another question. I will open a new thread.
