Since you've purchased, is moving this to an email ticket and scheduling a remote assistance session an option? It would certainly expedite troubleshooting. If your email has been whitelisted by our sales department, feel free to submit a request to [email protected] and we can go from there.

If not, you might try changing your syslog inputs to tcp inputs and seeing of that changes anything.
