Receive and send Traps from Nagios to other destination

Hello,

I want to send all the traps received on Nagios to customer NMS server. I am new to nagios and want to know what configuration is required. if possible please share the config.
I am using suse 12 and Nagios 4.1.1

What is the customer NMS server? Please give as many details as possible.
