QOS in Monitoring Network Device

Anyone can let me know whether the Nagios is capable to capture the QOS configured in our device and provide us the bandwidth report of a particular communication ?

What device are you attempting to monitor? Can you provide a make/model? Is the device SNMP enabled?

I am trying monitor Routers & Switches and below given are their models and yes SNMP is enabled on all the devices.

Cisco 7206VXR Router
CISCO C2950 Switch
cisco Nexus5548 Switch
