i faced the problem in admin-Page on Nagios System ,when i press to admin (nagiosxi/admin), i see this error as attached file ,what is problem and how i can solve it

Are you able to access other pages in the UI?
I would try running the repair db script as outlined here:

i applied these commands but the problem still exist
service mysqld stop
/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/repairmysql.sh nagios
service mysqld start
