How to give users rights to ACK alerts?
- not there when using "can control all objects"

Please send a screenshot of the user permissions eg:

Can control all hosts and services is what needs to be checked.

HOWEVER. If I also check the Read-only box is also checked, then the ack option will not be available, and cgi.cfg will have that user in authorized_for_all_host_commands and authorized_for_all_service_commands as well as authorized_for_read_only. Basically, Read-only overwrites the other settings.

Please let us know if you need additional information.

Since we are closed tomorrow and Friday (and close early today) due to US Thanksgiving, I will also point you to https://support.nagios.com/forum/viewto ... 16&t=35362, which has additional information that may be of use.
