Correct email address for logging faults

Post by zeero22 »

Hi,

Can someone please provide me with the correct email address for logging NNA issues.

I tried emailing '[email protected]' and '[email protected]' six days ago but I still haven't received a response or acknowledgement.

We definitely got the emails, but we were on a U.S. holiday and just got back into the office half an hour ago. There should have been an auto-response - did you get one? If not I'll have our email admin look into it.

In regards to which email address to use, either of those will work but we ask that only one be used at a time, otherwise our ticketing system sees it as multiple new tickets which need to be merged. I'm making the push to move to a single "[email protected]" for all products, but for now please use [email protected] for any email tickets.

Got it - looks like the ticket has been assigned and issue is being worked on. Going to lock this one up.
