delete Host but the host still in down group

hi I have a problem that I'm delete 3 shutdown hosted I delete them from services and host but when I retrain to home page it show that still in down group as in the attached file
then I tried to config file management from Tools to Delete files then write Configs the Delete config done successfully but the Write the error in the attached pic
so kindly your help please

Go to the CCM->Hosts, click on ENVMON1, go to "Alert Settings" tab, click on "Manage Contacts", and remove the "xi_default_contact" contact. Close, and Save. Don't apply configuration yet. Click on "Config File Management" under the "Tools" menu on the left, click on "Delete Files", "Write Configs", and "Verify Files" in the exact same order. If you don't see any errors, apply configuration. If you see errors, post them on the forum.

Note: Make sure you don't have any crashed tables in the database. If you do, run our db repair script first.
