Hi Team,

We are monitoring bandwidth for few device.We few more informatiom to be monitored. We need three information to be displayed in Nagios for BW monitoring.Is there any plugin to do it.

a) Port Number
b) Port Description
c) Port Bandwidth

You will want to look at the SNMP Wizard. If you know the OID within the MIB of the device you are monitoring, you can just query it via SNMP. The SNMP Wizard performs an snmpwalk through the MIB of the device and shows you the results, so you can just select it from the list and Nagios will start monitoring it.

There's a lot of information on SNMP out there, but if you need to use traps, here is some documetation for that: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios_XI.pdf

Please let us know if the SNMP Wizard does not work for you.
