Reports Button - Default Auto Running Report

Post by mberkley »

I have a request that drives us a bit crazy.

When you click on the Reports tab in XI, it automatically runs a report. So when my colleagues and I click the link we have to immediately push escape to prevent it from running and hanging up our browser.

If we don't catch it in time, any report that we try to open, hangs until the initial report completes.

Is there a way we can disable this from occurring?

Yes, you can disable it by going to the Admin > Performance Settings menu and under the tab called Auto-running Page Performance Options, you can disable it.

I meant to tell you thank you a thousand times.... Appreciate that info, it's saving us so much time. (Up to 5-7 min per click)
