Where is default acknowledge message configured?

I'd like to edit the default ack message from "Problem is Acknowledged" to "I'm refusing to give any further details on what went wrong here" or "I'm a little Tea Pot... short & stout. Here is my handle... "

Is this in an editable config file somewhere? Can I request an enhancement that allows this to be an editable field in the System Settings --> Other Settings section of the UI?
