disable Warning alarm

Hi,

I have Nagios XI version 5.3.3 VM ,about service Management, how i can disabled Warning alarm setting on service device ,just i want to send email and SMS critical alarm to administration

Navigate to Configure -> Core Config Manager -> Select Services -> Find the service in question -> Click the 'Alert Settings' tab -> Uncheck the 'w' box for warning.

This should be what you're looking for.

I do not believe so, on that page you'll want to select the notifications you DO want to receive. For instance if you only want critical notifications, select that here. I'm guessing you had implied inheritance before which means it takes the properties of the host.

i understand your comments below , if i want to disabled warning notification ,i should be selected all elements bottom except warning bottom as attache file
