how can hide a service alarm (warning or critical)

Dear all
Hi

i have a quesion :
for example i am nagiosadmin and create 3 user with access to different hostgroups so that every alarm that appear on nagios i can see that because i am nagiosadmin now one of errors are for ServerA ( memory status ) after appear that i will report that to responsible of host or service and i want don't show this now (after i report that) now when click on service it just show host command (attached pic) and with enable each of them my warning or critical alarm will not hide just add some icon to that service such as pic2(attached)

what do i have to do ?

You would need to edit your warning / critical thresholds if you did not want the alarm to be on. There isn't a way to just turn it to an 'OK' status.
now when click on service it just show host command (attached pic)
Can you please post an entire screenshot of the page, not just this section? It sounds like a bug which is why I ask.

Can you please post an entire screenshot of the page, not just this section? It sounds like a bug which is why I ask.

i have 4 user login for nagios that each of them can monitor their own servers and i have nagiosadmin server user and now my means is not change status alarm from warning to critical or .... my means is when critical alarm appear and i report it to his responsible . me(nagios admin user) can hide it from problems

There is not a way to hide it, you could click 'Disable notifications for this service' to suppress notifications from sending further though.

As for your screenshot, you are seeing the host commands because you are on the Host Detail Page, not the Service Detail Page.

Thanks but if i disable nitification it will not show after that?

It will do exactly what it states, disable notifications. It won't hide it.
