Can't install Nagioslogserver

Hello,
i insatalled nagios log server and then i try to continue installation by address MYDOMAIN/nagioslogserver/install. But have got error:
The requested URL /nagioslogserver/install was not found on this server.
And if i use this address MYDOMAIN/nagioslogserver/index.php/install it works.
When i push the buttom "Finish installation" i get redirect to this address again MYDOMAIN/nagioslogserver/install.
What it can be?

Can you post your install log file, and also a copy of all files in your apache configuration folder located at /etc/httpd/conf.d/ ?

I suspect you're missing a rewrite rule somewhere.

It looks like you have installed nagios on the NLS machine, and also a few other things as well. Our general install is meant for a clean, minimal system. I would spin up a new VM, and try once again.
