Configure SNMP in Nagios XI

I have several nodes(CentOS), that I would like to connect to Nagios XI server which also running CentOS using SNMP.

I keep searching online if I find any documents that I can use, so far none of that working. It gives an error: Return code of 255 is out of bounds
