The page you requested has been blocked by a firewall policy restriction looks to be from a Fortigate/Fortinet device, please talk with your firewall admins and see if there is one of those devices in the path that is blocking it. Please run this command:

In addition to my previous post, please try this one as well:
check_em01_2.zip
Unzip the attachment, put it on your XI server, and then run this command:
- Please change X.X.X.X to your sensor
Please post the header information from your curl commands as well.

Many Many thanks after installed new plugin check_em01_2.zip to Nagios System
every elements are running now
Many Many thanks for your requested and solved our problem ,because many engineer in this forum send me the error is firewall
