User cannot filter to a host(s) in Scheduled Downtime

Post by NetNeutron »

When a user tries to filter to a host or subset of hosts the filter ( abcd ) doesn't work.
If you scroll through the list you can see the hosts that contain abcd.

The user has these security settings
Can see all objects:
Can control all objects:
Can access advanced features:
  • Linux Distribution and version? Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.8 (Santiago)
    32 or 64bit? 64-Bit
VMware Image or Manual Install of XI? Manual Install NagiosXI 5.3.3
Are there special configurations on your system, ie; is Gnome installed? Are you using a proxy? Are you using SSL? No
**If you are encountering multiple issues that may not be related, start a thread for each issue

Can you describe in more detail what you mean by filter? A screenshot would be helpful.

Hm, I'm not sure. Looks like you have some addons in use. Does it work in safe mode?
