Apply Configuration - Users are currently editing objects

Post by chicjo01 »

When I go to Apply Configuration, I am seeing a warning message below. How did this happen and how to do you get rid of it?

Version: 5.3.2 (In a Code Freeze, can't upgrade yet)

This is due to the CCM "multiple user editing the same object" session locking - if you'd like to disable the locking you can do so by going to the CCM settings. I attached a picture of it. There were some issues with the session locking with the way the apply config worked and they were fixed in 5.3.4 but you can disable it to remove any issues and the feature itself.
