Nagios WebPage Refreshing Issues

When i was running Nagios Core 3.3.1 on my ubuntu 11.10 desktop version, I never had any issues at all. Runs great. When I wanted more power and stability, I created a server using Ubuntu Server 11.10 64-bit. I had some issues installing Nagios 3.3.1 with plugins and 32 bit vs 64 bit, but managed to find a work around. Now I have copied all of my CFG files from my laptop to my server and all is OK, except when it web page refreshes, the only thing that comes up is the Localhost. After a minute or two of manually refreshing, all hosts and services are up and running again. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening. Thanks.
