Hmm, I only see one snapshot being submit to Elasticsearch in those logs which I suspect is the one you manually. So my suspicion as of right now is the command subsystem is failing.
Can you share an output of ls -al against you repository's path on each node? Either there are files in that path that don't belong there, or the data is being damaged consistently for some reason.

To add to what Matt mentioned - I really do believe this would be best solved over a remote. What timezone are you in?

I am in UTC −3. But due to some network restrictions it's a bit complicated to set up a remote sessions. We typically use Webex or GoToAssist. If a remote session is something you're interested in, submit a ticket to [email protected] with a reference to this thread.
