Nagios XI upgrade

I checked my current level, and am at 5.3.3

I saw a MYSQL error in your first post, can you run the following as root on the XI server to repair the database?

mysqlcheck -f -r -u root -pnagiosxi --all-databases

After that, try running the upgrade again to see if it finishes running.
Any errors, please post them.
