Adding notes or Comments to services

In the future, please create a new thread and link to the old one instead of adding on.

We are using version 5.2.9, however after adding the plugin, the notes tab still does not show up by hosts or services.

I was just able to import it to my XI system, now when viewing the host status detail / service status detail there is a page icon at the far right on the tabs, which should be for Notes. Are you seeing nothing at all or?

Can you go to the Admin > Manage Components menu and post the version of the Custom Column that is installed on your system?

Login as root to the server and run this command.

tail -f /var/log/httpd/*_log

The in the XI GUI go to the Home > Host Details screen and post the output of the tail command.
