Touchmon NagiosXI

Hi All

I am having an issue with the iPhone touchmon app and connecting to nagios XI

as the nagios admin user all works fine but if i try to use any other user it comes up with authentication required

All the other users can login to the web front end but not with the touchmon app

Help greatly appreciated

TouchMon for Nagios is a third-party app - it is not developed by our team and we don't provide support for it. I would suggest contacting the developer of this product.

BTW, have you tried using Nagios Mobile? This is a product that we support. You can read more about it here:
