Hi,
Have made a servicegroup for reporting on avalability for some of our alivechecks.
Are there any way that I can get a report/view like performace charts to see what time the critical alerts apears?
Have some alivechecks with a lot of critical alerts, and instead of the availability pie chart I would really like a timeline graph like the performace charts.
Any way to do this?
regards,
Claus

Re: Availability report
First, navigate to Dashboards -> Add New Dashboard and create a new dashboard. From there, find your performance graphs that you'd like to see on this new dashboard. In the top left, you will see a blue arrow - click it. This will allow you to add the graph to a new dashboard.
Once you have the graph on your dashboard, navigate to Home -> Latest Alerts - from here you can limit it to a single servicegroup. The same blue arrow applies for adding this table to a dashboard.
Is that what you were looking for?

Re: Availability report
Im looking for a way to see avalability in a graph similar to the performance graph.
Im making a avalability report for a month, if we then have some downtime on a system and I would like to find where this was.
A avalability graph similar to the performance graph would point this out to me at a glance.....or what is the easiest way in Nagios XI to see this, critical alerts on a servicegroup over a long period?

Re: Availability report
You could do a state history report, which might be a better indicator of "if downtime happened, when did it happen?".
The availability report is a good general overview for answering questions like "did we meet SLA", but it's not very good about providing specific information about events.
