We came across that yesterday, but definitely thanks for letting us know. I'm not sure how long it will take to get fixed, but there's nothing the support team can do to fix it.
Just wanted to let you know, because it easily gets forgotten. In fact that is why I use Nagios for multiple SSL certs that we have (not a joke this time). Thanks and all the best!
