nagios config eror

hello guys, i am new in linux and i got a problem about nagios config..

i install nagios core 4.1.1 on ubuntu server 14.04 i386 (ram 1gb, swap 2gb, root 10 gb, 9,8 gb home) on oracle virtualbox
and i install ubuntu dekstop 14.04 too on virtualbox (same partition)

network setting
Server
address 192.168.1.2
netmask 255.255.255.248
broadcast 192.168.1.7

dekstop
address 192.168.1.4
netmask 255.255.255.248
broadcast 192.168.1.7


here the problem..
on ubuntu dekstop when i want to access nagios on web browser i found this eror

forbidden

you dont have permission to access /nagios on this server
---------------------------------------------------------
apache/2.4.7(Ubuntu)server at 129.168.1.2 port 80

and i already turn off the firewall in server and port 80 too...
after that i search the problem on internet, up til now i cant solve this problem...

what should i do, cause i already follow the instruction this 3 website

It sounds like issue is with apache at this point. Please post your error_log and access_log files, as well as your entire apache conf.d folder for us to review.

Thanksss maan.. but i already figure it out...
my problem is that i install nagios core and nagios plugin and every package in differend location.. thanks anyway that you reply my post i appreciate that.. thank youuuu
