By mistake if nagios.cfg got deleted???

When looking at the service information page, do you see 'Performance Data' being returned under the 'Service State Information'? If not, then that's why you're not seeing them.

Otherwise, it's more than likely something misconfigured within Nagiosgraph. As it's not our product, we're limited on the support we can provide here for it.
