Where can I download previous versions of components, how about wizards??
Otherwise there is no way to recover from a bad package except wait and hope.....
I am a customer, have been for years but I found I can't post in the customer forum....

Birdseye 3.2.0 has a missing link for the critical icon, the link results in:
>> The requested URL /nagiosxi/includes/components/birdseye/images/.png was not found on this server.
--
The right hand "Showing Soft States"" column where the bad link mentioned above is, doesn't render at all in chrome.
--
So again, where can I download previous versions of components, how about wizards??
Birdseye 3.2.0 is bad, need to download previous version.

I have attached a copy of 3.1.1. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

I'm not seeing any of those issues over here and use Chrome.atuttle wrote:Where can I download previous versions of components, how about wizards??

atuttle - What version of XI are you using?
Is the issue resolved after rolling back to version 3.1.1 that dwhitfield provided?

Re: Birdseye 3.2.0 is bad, need to download previous version
The Birdseye component was updated via the GUI on 3 NagiosXI 5.4.0 servers shortly after the newest version was made available.
I noticed the right hand column disappeared but would return if I clicked on "Hiding Soft States" so I assumed that was a feature.
--
Today after I discovered that "bullet_error.png" had become ".png" I did more testing and discovered the column did not resolve at all in chrome.
--
I did the NagiosXI upgrade from 5.4.0 to 5.4.1 on 2 of the servers: birdseye issues remained.
--
I acquired a copy of the 3.1.2 version and installed that via the GUI on all 3 servers.
Behavior returned to 'normal'

Re: Birdseye 3.2.0 is bad, need to download previous version
I'm testing on 5.3.2 and 5.4.1 and the only issue I see is a bad image now that I looked, everything else is working perfectly. Not sure what the image should be in birdseye though, as you can see in this image I can see a warning, critical and OK. It's weird.

Re: Birdseye 3.2.0 is bad, need to download previous version
Try installing the latest version of the birdseye component to see if it is going to fix your issues.
You can download it from here: Don't unzip the file - just install it as you would install any other component.
Admin->Manage Components->Browse->birdseye.zip->Upload & Install
Clear the browser's cache, and give it a try. Let me know if this helped.

Re: Birdseye 3.2.0 is bad, need to download previous version
The Birdseye right hand column has disappeared again on only one of my servers.
The column only says "No State History".
Now it no longer matters which version of Birdseye is installed.
Additionally /var/log/http/access_log is completely flooded with:
127.0.0.1 - - [29/Jan/2017:03:42:23 -0800] "POST /nagiosxi/backend/ HTTP/1.1" 200 813 "-" "BinGet/1.00.A (http://www.bin-co.com/php/scripts/load/)"

Re: Birdseye 3.2.0 is bad, need to download previous version
The right column of birdseye component shows the state history... Can you access (view) the "State History" report (http://x.x.x.x/nagiosxi/reports/statehistory.php)?

Re: Birdseye 3.2.0 is bad, need to download previous version
Yes, that report continues to work.
However, it shows no state changes since I first applied the Birdseye 3.2.0 update.
