Post by raamardhani7 »

Hi Team,

We are pulling availability report in PDF format. When I select Date and service group and click on RUN I am getting the whole report with all columns(Host,Service,Ok,Warning,Unknown,Critical) but when we download the same report in the PDF the entire report is not coming last few columns(OK,Critical,Warning,Unknown) are missing as mentioned in the attachment or not displayed .But the same report when we download in JPG format I am getting all the columns .Could you please help in troubleshooting.

Could you PM over the entire PDF attachment? This sounds like a bug, but I am wondering if it's cutting off to another page, or erasing it completely. Once we see the page we can file a BR for this.

Also, what version of XI are you running?
