When does this happen?

Also,

For all support requests, we need to know:

Linux Distribution and version?
32 or 64bit?
VMware Image or Manual Install of XI?
Are there specials configurations on your system, ie; is Gnome installed? Are you using a proxy? Are you using SSL?

This is VMWare install of XI linux
This is the error that is generated by the monitor when viewed on the dashboard
I installed this 11/2 weeks ago
Version 3.2.3
32 bit i think
nothing special
This is client based monitoring and the client is running on the server. Server is windows based.

It seems like you are monitoring a windows client. Are you using a NSClient++ or WMI? Did you install the agent following our documentation? Can you run the check command from the command line and post both, the command and the output?
