How to disable Sticky Acknowledgement

Hello Team,

By default the Sticky Acknowledgement are enabled while acknowledging the alerts, however due to following issues which are encountered at our end as well. We are looking towards removing the default setting of 'Sticky Acknowledgement', basically just un-check by default while acknowledgment for all hosts/services alerts.

Did you check XI > Admin > System Settings > Acknowledgement Defaults ?
