Need to Monitor Particular Word from LogFile On Windows

Hi All,

We want to monitor Particular word from a log file on daily basis on windows server which will alert if Word is not present. The script should check on daily basis.


Can anyone guide us how we can achieve this?

There are some plugins available at our exchange site which do just this. I have not used them myself, but perhaps others can chime in on the pros /cons of each or maybe there is another plugin out there in addition to these two:

Just checking in since we have not heard from you in a while. Did @bwallace's post clear things up or has the issue otherwise been resolved?
