Adding new contacts on services to be notified

Hello,

I am trying to add one contact to be notified for all of our devices. We had set up the devices before adding the person so they are not getting notified when devices encounter problems. Is there any way to add this one person to the notification list with out adding him manually one by one on every service through the core config manager?

Yes, you can do this through the Bulk Modifications Tool in the CCM. There's an "Add Contact" option.
