I see, I can definitely give that a shot and reply back. I'll have to schedule a maintenance period so I may not reply for a few hours.

Performed the steps to delete the configs, write, verify. No errors. Applied configs and performed upgrade, still no dice. PM sent of the upgrade log

Please go to Configure > Core Config Manager > Tools > Write Config Files
- Click Delete (don't worry, it's safe, they get re-written)
- Click Write
- Don't do anything else in between the write and running this command:

Code: Select all

zip -r /tmp/NAGIOSFILESBADSTATE.zip /usr/local/nagios/etc
Now PM me the resulting /tmp/NAGIOSFILESBADSTATE.zip

Go to CCM->Hosts->hqq3v-eobweb01.drivecaminc.loc->Alert Settings tab->Manage Contacts, select a contact, click on Add Selected, Close, Save.

Next, go to CCM->Hosts->SDP2V-FLTSVC01.drivecam.net->Check Settings tab, and enter a valid "Max check attempts" value. Save.

Note: This host is using the "24x7-windows-server" template. You can add the "Max check attempts" value to it if you wish by going to CCM->Templates->Host Templates->24x7-windows-server.

Run the Write Config Files tool again to check if there are more errors. Apply Configuration if there are no errors.

Applied those config changes to those hosts. No errors, but this is back on 5.2.9 as mentioned because I rolled back after the failed upgrade from earlier.
