Multiple SNMP trap received for single host

We are receiving multiple traps for a single host for a particular time instance.

Kindly let us know how we can resolve the issue.

Can you let me know what modifications are required so that we receive single trap for the specific host for a particular time instance.

In the information field for those entries, I see 2 different timestamps

That information is sent from the device itself and not added when the XI server receives the trap.
Can you check that remote device and check the log file and see if it did send 2 traps?
