Nagios does not update to latest version

Hi Support!

We are a little behind on our Nagios updates and went to update our XI instance today and it doesn't seem to happen.

We tried through the UI and it didn't seem to take.

I tired following the instruction from https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... 1489693818

This is what I get when I run the upgrade script.
[root@nagios-02 nagiosxi]# ./upgrade

We initially installed nagiosxi via RPM packages, does that mean we need to use a different method for upgrading?
