HI Team,
As observed Active alerts are coming to Operation Center since integration no any changes made at NAGIOS end , however for checking acknowledged and unacknowledged segregation need to switch on Operation Screen window which supposed to difficult for NOC guys in frequent manner .
Please suggest is there any possibility that we can merge and see all the alerts on one common screen.
Sorting of alarm based upon severity, timing including increasing and decreasing order
Also please suggest can we sort the alerts based on their severity or alert appearing time frame.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, perhaps a screenshot would convey your issue better.
To sort current alerts, you can go to:
XI > All Service Problems
This should show all the alerts in one screen assuming the user has permissions to see everything.

As avandemore mentioned, a screenshot would be helpful. Also, in the title, you have "Operations Screen", but in your message your talk about "Operation Center"... These are two completely different components. Can you clarify which one are you trying to troubleshoot?
