Nagios XI Web Interface Login issue

Hi Team,

I'm not able to log into the web UI. I'm getting "Invalid username or password" message. Any idea ?

Is the version listed in your sig still accurate?

Can you attach /var/log/mysqld.log and /var/log/httpd/*error_log?

You have a lot of entries like this:

Is your LDAP/AD server down? Can you login as the user nagiosadmin?

LDAP/AD server is up and running. I can login as user nagiosadmin.
