Delayed notify for contacts

Hi,

I create a contact with a special timeperiods (for example 12:00-14:00 all days) for receive all notifications.
But I want that this contact receive all others notifications appears before this timeperiod !

For exemple :
A service hard/down/critical at 11:00.
At 12:00, this service is always down.
> I would like the contact receive a notification at 12:00 !

Is it possible ? Or not ?

I don't think there is a way to make it occur exactly on 12:00, it will only attempt to send a notification whenever it hits the next notification interval. So if it's currently taking too long to alert him after that time then perhaps the notification interval needs to be shorter?
