Nagvis error upload map background file

Hi all;

I'm having a problem uploading background map file to my Nagios XI server. Referring to some videos as example/guide, https://youtu.be/AeWjXee2q_8 and while upload, this error shown.

My nagios XI version: 5.4.3 licensed
running on Centos 6.8 64bit

Could you upload the image file here so we can see if we can recreate the error you are having?
What file format is the image? GIF, JPG, PNG, etc...
