Thanks for the output. They are running from cron so lets run the job manually and see what error is generated.
Run this as root on the XI server.

It looks like the report ran and it used the Sendmail mail method to send it.
When using that method, you can view the /var/log/maillog file to see if there are any errors on why the reports did not get sent.
Take a look in that log file around the time the reports are scheduled and you should see the errors on why they are not getting sent.
